Warranty

Simple LED products are tested and/or inspected prior to being packed for shipment and are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of One (1) year from the date of shipment from Simple LED. Simple LED, at its sole option, will repair or replace, F.O.B. our factory, freight prepaid, any Simple LED product defective in workmanship or materials. The warranty is only valid when products are operated at the rated voltage and if operated under normal use and conditions; and which have not been altered or repaired in the field. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the product on the company’s literature setting forth terms of sale. Simple LED will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages in connection with any breach of its aforementioned warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any other provisions in this contract or any applicable provisions, Simple LED shall not be liable for special or consequential damages or damages for loss of use arising directly or indirectly from any breach of this contract, fundamental or otherwise, or from any territories acts or omissions of their employees or agents and in no event shall the liability of the company exceed the unit price of the product.

Simple LED’s Lifetime Warranty

Simple LED provides a lifetime warranty for our Premium Label products and warrants that they will not fail for the product’s life cycle. Should this product, in Simple LED opinion, fail to operate as per its intended use during the warranty period, Simple LED will, at its option, repair or replace the covered product only at no charge; provided that the product has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, disaster and or non authorized modification or repair. All electrical connections must be completed by a licensed electrician.

Simple LED extends a lifetime warranty only to the original purchaser or to the first user. Proof of purchase, must include receipt with date of purchase, proof of installation, must include receipt with date of installation, electrical contractor name and license number.

This warranty excludes Simple LED liability for material shipping charges, any labor for removal or reinstallation of this product. This warranty is void if this product is installed improperly or in an improper environment, overloaded, misused, opened, abused, or altered in any manner, or is not used under normal operating conditions or not in accordance with any warning labels or installation instructions. There are no other or implied warranties of any kind. Simple LED is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, damage to, loss of use of any equipment, lost sales, delays or failure to perform this warranty obligation.

Due to continuous efforts to improve our product selection, Simple LED reserves the right to make modifications or variations in design or construction to the products described.

Note: You may obtain warranty service by delivering the product to Simple LED. Product returned to Simple LED must be pre-authorized by Simple LED with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number marked on the outside of the package and sent prepaid, insured and packaged for safe shipment. Simple LED will return this product by prepaid ground shipment service.
